Sandwiches
We make delicious healthy sandwiches from Tuesdays to Fridays. We use fresh locally made artisan spelt bread, organic seasonal vegetables, cold pressed organic oils, nuts, seeds, Irish farmhouse cheeses. Everything is made from scratch here from the produce in our store. Each day we make a new sandwich; a vegan version and a cheese version.
Each sandwich begins with a particular vegetable as its inspiration so it sings with freshness and vitality. Everything is made here from the produce in our store.
Every day is different but examples of our sandwiches include organic beetroot hummus with pomegranate molasses, toasted walnuts, mixed organic leaves and Corleggy hard goat cheese, organic kale and sunflower seed pesto, organic peppers in chili and garlic, mixed organic leaves (we love the freshness of leaves so they tend to feature most days) and tofu marinated in balsamic, garlic and thyme, creamy avocado salsa, spicy hazelnut and black sesame dukkah, Coolattin cheddar and mixed organic leaves.
